She is a member of the 9th Anji County CPPCC, a representative to the 18th Anji County Women's Congress, the executive vice president of the Anji County Women Entrepreneurs Association, a representative to the 8th Huzhou City Women's Congress, and the vice president and rotating president of the Huzhou City Women Entrepreneurs Association. In recent years, she has successively won honors such as Anji County's Top Ten Entrepreneurial and Innovative Women-led Enterprise Leaders; a "Women-led" Agricultural Demonstration Leading Enterprise; Anji County's "Top Ten Outstanding Women"; an Outstanding Friend of the Trade Union; and one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Dipu Street in 2021.

She participated in raising funds to establish the "Women's Entrepreneurship Support Fund," which has provided assistance to 32 female entrepreneurs; she donated charitable funds to help the children of migrant workers realize their dreams of education and ignite hope for them; and she became a member of the Anji Liangshan Public Welfare Council, donating 30,000 yuan annually.
