She participated in raising funds to establish the "Women's Entrepreneurship Support Fund," which has provided assistance to 32 female entrepreneurs; she donated charitable funds to help the children of migrant workers realize their dreams of education and ignite hope for them; and she became a member of the Anji Liangshan Public Welfare Council, donating 30,000 yuan annually.

I graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology in 1995 with a major in Food Science and Engineering. Since starting my career, I have been engaged in production technology management, product research and development, and enterprise management.

Liu Renjie has always prioritized training more technicians to become the backbone of the bamboo shoot industry. He has also conducted in-depth research and exploration into the development and utilization of local bamboo shoot resources, thereby increasing the added value of bamboo shoots and contributing to increased income for enterprises and bamboo farmers.

He has successively won honorary titles such as "Part-time Teacher of Bamboo Shoot Processing", Anji "Two Mountains" Craftsman (Nomination Award) and Provincial Forestry Local Expert in 2024.

Currently responsible for the company's production, technology, and quality management, and serving as the director of the company's research institute. He has led or participated in over 20 high-tech and independent R&D projects, including the "Development of Low-Salt, Low-Nitrite Fermented Bamboo Shoot Products" industry-university-research project for the Anji Forestry Bureau and Anji Science and Technology Bureau, which has completed expert review. As the first or main inventor, he has applied for 8 invention patents and 1 utility model patent, published numerous papers, and coordinated the revision of the industry standard for "Canned Bamboo Shoots." He has developed over ten new products and successfully established in-depth cooperative relationships with Zhejiang University of Technology and Jiangnan University, providing strong technical support for the company's development.

A graduate of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, a renowned expert in China's bamboo industry, currently responsible for the company's general manager's office and human resources and administration.

Graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a major in Accounting, and is a Senior Accountant, Chinese Certified Public Accountant, Chinese Certified Tax Agent, and International Certified Public Accountant (ACCA/AIA). Currently responsible for the company's financial management and information technology work.
